The latest VANDYTHEPINK collaboration for the GEL-KAYANO® 12.1 sneaker draws inspiration from 아이스케키 (ice-ke-ki)—the nostalgic Korean term for the ice cream and popsicles and how American influences reached Korea. The shoe features two nostalgic colorways that evoke early feelings of wonder while connecting back to the inspiration of the frozen treats.

The upper features a combination of synthetic leather overlays open mesh underlays that help keep feet cool and comfortable. VANDYTHEPINK's signature flower moniker appears on the heel's woven tag, while ice cream caricatures are stamped on the sockliners.

The midsole features the same tooling system as the GEL-NIMBUS® 17 shoe. It was originally engineered for comfort during the marathons, featuring dual GEL® technology inserts and a FLUIDRIDE™ technology cushioning structure.
