The tape measure should be snug around your chest. Make sure to keep the tape measure level so that it's straight and parallel with the floor.

2. Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline—where your body creases when you bend slightly forward.

3. Hips

Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips. Keep the tape horizontal while measuring.

It also features a mesh under arm panel for breathability, an elasticated hood and fit adjuster cord for a custom fit, and side zippered pockets for storing running essentials.

It's also complimented with a dropped curved back hem for additional coverage. There's an ASICS Icon graphic on the left sleeve and reflective details to help improve your visibility in low light conditions.
